Hi I am Sarah and I am a passionate health nutritionist. My goals are to help others with the knowledge of food, lifestyle and fitness be the best person they can be. 

I have had my own difficulties with food, diet and motivation. I tried many things to lose weight and motivate myself but not much worked and I couldn't see anything changing. I had a lifestyle that was focused on long hours in the office followed by late meals, weekends socializing and then recovering and pleasing others. 

My diet and fitness seemed to take a back seat. 

Only when I decided to take both diet and fitness seriously and change some priorities in my life did I realize I had actually been selfish to myself for a long time. 

Now, I have never felt better about my weight, fitness and lifestyle.
