I know you’ve tried things before and I know you know, some of where your issues lay. Some programs you may have tried before have given you a ready made kit for a short period of time, correct? I will work with you to understand you and what you need. We aren’t going to be starving ourselves or having to kill it for an hour every day in the gym to get you fit in 30 days… No that’s not what my programs are about. And you know those programs don't last. This tailored 8 week personalized program looks to change food, activity, motivation and mind habits in order to re-shift gears and prioritise healthy patterns learned. Health resides in 3 keys areas, healthy diet, healthy body and a healthy mind. we will be looking at improving all 3.
In Diet we will be looking at your weight and how your food choices are affecting your health, energy and mood. What you're putting into your body, we will look at improving: portions, processed foods, eating whole foods and understanding the benefits of food. We will also do a 7 days cleanse, which will remove toxins in your body you've been holding onto.
In Activities we will build up your lost motivation and energy through daily 30 minutes of physical activity. This will in turn improve your weight, energy, your state of mind and your internal health (through bone strength, blood circulation, muscle strength).
In Mind and relaxation, we will address unwanted stresses from your life, that your new diet and physical activity will also be improving. Stresses and disturbances in the mind can be the cause of many health conditions, we wouldn't be able to fix our diet, weight and body completely if we weren't strong in our mind. This isn't a strict meditation course, but a mild form of meditation daily, will improve our overall health and ability to be stronger.
Through food, body and mind we will together change the quality of your life. Setting and maintaining the foundation for your health, you will be ready and stronger to achieve all of your life goals.
